The true success has been achieved by ‘Wake Up Sid’ by Ayan Mukherji which still continues to rock the box office even in its fourth week despite the competition faced by the Diwali releases. However on a whole last week box office wasn’t warm.
Beginning with ‘Wake Up Sid’, its third week business was around 1.25 crores and in the end of the fourth week it again could gather around 1.25 crore. Ranbir Kapoor starring this movie has done real good business.
Coming next to the first among the Diwali releases is this Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Blue’ which has witnessed a poor second week with business of around Rs 6.25 crore only. However the movie has shooted up the popularity of Akshay Kumar overseas.
The movie ‘Main Aurr Mrs Khanna’ from the Sohail Khan production has been declared a flop. The actors Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor and Sohail Khan could not stand the box office. However Ajay Devgn is happy with the fact that his movie ‘All The Best’ has done okay business in the second week. It has grossed around 9.5 crore approx. it’s been expected that the movie can manage around Rs 13-15 crore business in the coming weekends.
